David Toney

David Toney is an experienced project manager currently overseeing project management systems at the Museum of the Bible since October 2017, focusing on initiatives that enhance revenue and attendance. Previously, Toney served as a Tour and Project Manager at the Museum, managing project plans and developing Key Performance Indicators for the Education Department. Prior experience includes legislative assistance at the Council for Christian Colleges & Universities, where partnerships were established to advance legislation, and roles at the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission that involved tracking legislation impacting churches. Toney holds a Master of Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy and Speech Communication from Houston Christian University.
