Cheryl Miller

Cheryl Miller is a seasoned professional in membership management and fundraising, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Membership Services at the Museum of the City of New York since February 2022. Cheryl oversees membership portfolios, ensuring revenue and retention goals are met while managing benefits and events for various patron groups. Previously, Cheryl held multiple roles at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, culminating as Membership Manager, where responsibilities included supervising staff, managing on-site campaigns, and crafting compelling communication materials. Cheryl's diverse experience also encompasses administrative support across various cultural organizations and an academic background with a Master’s in Arts Administration and a Bachelor’s in Theatre Studies from Montclair State University.
