David Kraut

David Kraut has had an extensive career in finance and corporate strategy. David began their career as an Assistant Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank, where they provided financial advisory services to a wide range of clients. David then joined Ingersoll Rand as Director of Corporate Finance, managing relationships with banks and overseeing credit syndication. After that, they worked at Cendant Corporation as the Director of Treasury, where they managed rating agency relations and arranged bank debt and private placement for the IPO of Jackson Hewitt. David then joined Jackson Hewitt Tax Service Inc., where they held various roles including Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Development and Corporate Alliances, as well as Vice President of Treasury & Investor Relations. In these roles, they led corporate strategy and development, created business-to-business alliances, and managed treasury operations and investor relations. Following their time at Jackson Hewitt, they joined McGraw-Hill Education as Senior Vice President of Finance, overseeing treasury and investor relations. Most recently, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Summer Discovery and Collegewise, where they built finance infrastructure and guided the companies through successful exits for private equity firms.

David Kraut has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Following that, they pursued further education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing from 1994 to 1997.
