Jade Isabella Lau

Jade Isabella L. is an experienced educator currently serving as an English Teacher at LASC since April 2023. Previously, Jade held the position of Curriculum Developer for the ChildSafe Movement at Friends-International in November and December 2023 and worked as a Resident Counselor at UC Santa Barbara from June to August 2023. Jade was a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant at Trà Vinh University between August 2022 and June 2023 and contributed to C2 Education as both a Teacher and Education Coordinator from November 2021 to August 2022. Additionally, Jade provided tutoring and mentorship as an English Tutor and Mentor with Boston University Upward Bound in June 2021. Academically, Jade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Religion from Boston University, earned between September 2017 and May 2021, and participated in a Semester At Sea program in early 2020. Jade completed high school education at Fullerton Union High School.
