Min-Jae Seul has a diverse range of work experience in the fashion industry. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Freelance Fashion Designer at Cheil Industries. They then worked for Heich es Heich from 2013 to 2014, where they held the role of Brand Manager / Wholesales Manager. During their time there, they participated in COTERIE NY 15F/W and 15S/S as Assistant Manager, developed brand concepts, established design directions for upcoming seasons, and set up an online site. In 2014, Min-Jae Seul interned at Idiel Showroom in a Wholesale / Internship position. They then completed an internship at BLK DNM from 2015 to 2015 as a Creative Manager. In 2016, they worked as a Freelance Merchandising Assistant for Gap Inc./ Banana Republic, followed by an internship at notbad. as a Creative Manager from 2015 to 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Min-Jae Seul worked at Heich es Heich as a Brand Manager. They joined Umbro in 2018 as a Project Manager for a brief period. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at WAGTI as a Visual Manager. Currently, Min-Jae Seul holds the position of Visual Director at MUSINSA, where they have been employed since 2020.

Min-Jae Seul completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Fashion/Apparel Design from sadi, from 2007 to 2010. Following that, Min-Jae pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion Marketing from The New School, from 2013 to 2015.
