Sangjin Lim

Sangjin Lim has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development roles. Sangjin currently works as a Software Engineer at MUSINSA since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Back End Developer at StyleShare Inc. from October 2020 to January 2023.

Sangjin also worked at Plat Corp as an iOS Developer and later as a Back End Developer from March 2019 to September 2020. Sangjin implemented UI and business logics following the MVVM-C pattern using RxSwift and worked on location-based UI using Google Maps and Naver Maps. In addition, Sangjin worked as an iOS Developer at NAVER Corp from May 2018 to August 2018, where they worked on the LINE Clova (AI assistant) iOS client and interfaces for setting up AI speakers.

Sangjin also worked as an iOS Developer at LINE Plus Corp from December 2016 to May 2018, where they developed the Naver Clova (AI assistant) iOS client and interfaces for setting up AI speakers.

Further, Sangjin worked as a Back End Developer at The Beatpacking Company from June 2016 to December 2016, where they developed a Python Flask-based RESTful API server for a music streaming service and a jQuery/Bootstrap-based dashboard for advertisers.

Sangjin also served as a Software Engineer (Sergeant) in the Republic of Korea Army from August 2014 to April 2016 as part of their compulsory military service.

Sangjin's career started at StyleShare Inc. where they worked as an iOS Developer from January 2012 to April 2014. Sangjin then transitioned to a Back End Developer role and worked on developing a Python Flask-based RESTful API server for fashion media & commerce. Sangjin also provisioned on-premise PostgreSQL nodes of master-slave replica using Pgpool and implemented EC2 autoscaling scripts.
