Jay Burgin

Jay Burgin is an experienced management professional in the music industry, currently serving as a Management Assistant at While Jay Sleeps since February 2024, and as an Artist Manager for Common Outcast since October 2021. Previously known as Kings Agency, this role involves day-to-day management of the French metalcore band Resolve and artist development consultation for UK underground artists. Jay has managed notable talents including Kerrang! award winner Mimi Barks and HMA nominee Kid Bookie. In addition to work at Elicit Music as Founder and Managing Director since May 2017, Jay has contributed to various festivals and organizations, including Muskelsvindfonden as Opkræw/Upcrew, and has held key roles in artist accreditation at UK Tech-Fest. Jay holds a BA(Hons) in Live Events Production from the Academy of Live Technology and an Extended Diploma in Production Arts from Barnsley College.
