Jasle Lemos has a diverse range of experience in sales and marketing roles. Jasle started their career as a Sales Representative at ROCHE DIAGNOSTICS, where they were responsible for sales and promotion to various healthcare establishments. Jasle then moved on to Anheuser-Busch Inbev as a Sales and Marketing Manager, where they managed clients, projects, and teams, and developed competitive advantages for the business. Jasle then joined Johnson&Johnson as a Senior Sales Executive, overseeing the indirect distribution of orthopedic products in the southern region. Jasle implemented strategies to maintain the company's leadership position and coordinated technical trainings for the sales force. After that, they joined Cremer S.A. as a New Business Development Manager, identifying and evaluating new business opportunities and developing a strong business plan. Currently, Jasle is the Head of Sales - LATAM at Mustad Group, where they are responsible for reorganizing the sales department and focusing on building solid relationships with customers and identifying new business opportunities.

Jasle Lemos attended the Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in 2022, where they pursued a degree in Digital Transformation with a focus on Digital Marketing. In 2016, they also completed a sales management course at the same institution. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2006, they obtained a postgraduate degree in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Their education journey began at the Universidade Católica do Salvador, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from 1999 to 2004.
