Tripti Gaur

Tripti Gaur has a diverse work experience in the field of preclinical and translational sciences. Tripti is currently working as the Senior Director of Preclinical & Translational Sciences at Mustang Bio, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Preclinical & Translational Sciences at the same company from September 2020 to March 2022.

Their earliest industry experience was at Olympus Biotech Corporation, where they worked as a Senior Scientist in Research & Development/Preclinical. Their role at Olympus involved various responsibilities such as establishing cell culture facilities and molecular biology labs, conducting early discovery research, preclinical drug development and validation of assays, and designing and executing preclinical pharmacology studies. Tripti worked at Olympus from May 2012 to June 2014.

Tripti's academic background includes positions at UMass Medical School, where they worked as an Assistant Professor from January 2010 to April 2012, as an Instructor from September 2006 to December 2009, and as a Postdoctoral Fellow from September 2002 to August 2006.

Tripti Gaur holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Plant Molecular Biology from Delhi University, which they obtained between 1997 and 2002. Tripti also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Biochemistry from G. B. Pant University Of Agriculture & Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology from Kanpur University, India.
