Indraneil Banerjee

Indraneil Banerjee has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources and industrial relations. Indraneil started their career as a Senior Executive Smart Card at SML CSL Smartcard Corporation in 2004 and then moved on to Nevaeh Technology Pvt. Ltd., where they worked as a Supervisor in EDMS. In these roles, they handled employee grievances, conducted negotiations with unions, and managed client relationships.

Later, Indraneil joined MPS Group of Companies as Manager in HR Administration and IR before taking up roles at TOPSGRUP as Regional Manager - IR and later as an IR Consultant. At TOPSGRUP, they were responsible for recruitment, resolving employee grievances, maintaining discipline, and handling union negotiations.

Indraneil then worked as an Assistant Vice President - Human Resources at Margdarshak Financial Services Ltd., where they focused on HR operations. After that, they joined GVK as Head HR, where they managed HR operations, statutory compliances, recruitment, and labor court proceedings.

Further in their career, Indraneil worked at Arohan Financial Services Limited, initially as a Senior Manager - HR and later as an Assistant General Manager - HR. In these roles, they oversaw HR functions such as manpower planning, disciplinary proceedings, recruitment, and HR operations.

Most recently, Indraneil joined Muthoot Fincorp Ltd. as a Deputy Vice President.

Indraneil Banerjee began their education in 1999 at Utkal University, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science in 2002. Indraneil then attended Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management. In 2009, they pursued a Master of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from the same institution, completing the program in 2011. Most recently, Indraneil Banerjee attended Vidyasagar University from 2019 to 2022, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.
