Mahesh Gourishetty

Mahesh Gourishetty has over 18 years of experience in various HR roles. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Post Graduate Trainee at Larsen and Toubro. Mahesh then joined Infosys Technologies Limited in 2004, where they progressed from Associate Manager to Senior Lead in Employee Relations. In 2011, Mahesh became a Senior Manager of Corporate HR at MARG Ltd, focusing on talent management and employee engagement. From 2012 to 2016, they served as DGM and Circle HR Head at Bharti Infratel Limited, where they were responsible for setting up the HR function and developing HR policies. In 2016, Mahesh joined Reliance Communications as HRBP Lead for the South region, implementing strategic initiatives and managing the entire HR spectrum. Mahesh then worked as an HRBP at Sterlite Power in 2017 before joining Five-Star Business Finance Limited in 2018 as the Head of HR. Currently, Mahesh serves as the Head of Employee Experience at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd.

Mahesh Gourishetty pursued their education at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning from 1997 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree. Mahesh then attended T A Pai Management Institute, Manipal from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
