Laif Wheeler

Laif Wheeler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer acquisition and operational improvement. At Mutual of Omaha, Laif serves as Vice President of Customer Acquisition. Prior roles include Head of Continuous Improvement for Personal Lines and Assistant Vice President of Operational Initiatives at The Hartford, as well as Director of Change Management at USAA and Program Manager at AT&T. Laif holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems, both from The University of Texas at San Antonio, with degrees completed between 1999 and 2004.
