Currently serving as the Director of Mortgage Compliance at Mutual of Omaha, Layne previously held key positions such as Vice President Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer at Discover Financial Services. With a background in accounting from West Texas A&M University, Layne has successfully led compliance testing programs, audit teams, and credit review activities throughout their career.
