Sarah Hipp

Sarah Hipp is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in absence management and client support. Currently serving as Director of Workplace Solutions Absence and PFML Compliance Manager at Mutual of Omaha since June 2020, Sarah has developed expertise in compliance and workplace solutions. Prior to this role, Sarah worked at Unum from June 2011 to June 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team as Group Claims Team Leader and overseeing operations within the Absence Management Center. Sarah's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Softlines at ARSeCommerce and project management roles, starting from March 2008 to June 2011, while also teaching English at Brainerd High School from August 2006 to March 2008. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English: Writing and Education from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned between 2002 and 2006.
