Radiah Hubbert

Radiah Hubbert is an experienced customer service professional currently serving as a Customer Service Analyst II at Mutual of Omaha since October 2021, having progressed from the role of Customer Service Analyst I. Additionally, Radiah co-founded Urban Reviews, an online resource providing honest opinions on African American fiction, in 2005. Previous roles include working as a paraprofessional at Milwaukee Public Schools, a consumer market research recruiter at Reckner, and various customer service positions at organizations such as Molina Healthcare and U.S. Cellular. Radiah also contributed to community efforts as the Entertainment Chairperson for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life in Milwaukee from 2010 to 2015. Radiah holds a B.A. in Mass Communication/Broadcast Journalism from Rust College, earned between 1992 and 1999.
