Kimberly Lacerte is an experienced Senior Technical Writer with a strong background in technical documentation and communication. Currently employed at Mutualink since April 2022, Kimberly previously held roles at Octo Telematics and Dyn, contributing to client-facing documentation and ensuring customer-focused service.
