Mickey Mestel

Mickey Mestel has worked in a variety of roles in the tech industry since 2010. Mickey began their career as an iPhone/iPad Mobile Developer for Epocrates, followed by an iPad Developer for NetApp. In 2010, they also worked as an iPhone Developer for VideoGenie. In 2012, Mestel became an iOS Mobile Developer for CashEdge. Mickey then moved to Yummly in 2015 as a Senior iOS Developer, where they wrote the tvOS Yummly app. Mestel then became a Lead Software Engineer and Technical Lead for Duet in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Technical Lead for Moviiies, LLC and CTO for Teknol Inc. Finally, in 2019, they became the Lead iOS Engineer for MuvMe, Inc.

Mickey Mestel began their education at Metropolitan State University of Denver where they spent two years and then transferred to Kent State University. At Kent State, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science in 1987. Mickey also earned a BS in Mathematics - Computer Science in 1987.
