Philip Chang

Philip Chang is a senior software engineer at Mux. Prior to joining Mux, they were a software engineer at Robinhood from October 2018 to November 2020. At Robinhood, they were responsible for designing and building the backend platform for validating and measuring AV map quality. Philip also built web tools for internal operations for resource scheduling and data pipelines for tracking utilization of vehicle fleet.

Prior to joining Robinhood, Chang was a software engineer at Uber Advanced Technologies Group from August 2015 to August 2018. At Uber, they were responsible for designing and building the backend platform for validating and measuring AV map quality. Philip also built web tools for internal operations for resource scheduling and data pipelines for tracking utilization of vehicle fleet.

Chang began their career as a web development intern at Gap Inc. from June 2014 to August 2014. Philip then interned at Emich Volkswagen from June 2013 to August 2013, where they worked in technology/marketing. Philip also served as a computer science tutor at Middlebury College from September 2012 to May 2015.

Philip Chang attended Middlebury College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science & Economics.
