Jean-Baptiste Gallo

Jean-Baptiste Gallo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fleet electrification and government programs. Currently serving as the Manager of Fleet Electrification at MV Transportation since March 2022, Jean-Baptiste leads the transition of Microsoft’s corporate shuttle fleet to zero-emission vehicles, supporting the company's goal of becoming carbon negative by 2030. Prior to this role, Jean-Baptiste managed a $61 million portfolio as Manager of Government Programs at Cummins Inc., where significant achievements included doubling the public funding program. Earlier experiences include business development management at Efficient Drivetrains, Inc., where a $29 million grant program was overseen, and serving as Senior Project Manager at CALSTART, where efforts focused on zero-emission vehicle technology evaluations. Jean-Baptiste began the career as a Control System Engineer at Groupe PSA and has a strong academic background with a Master's in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in International Environmental Policy.
