Ted Harris

Ted Harris has a diverse work experience in the transportation industry. Ted currently holds the role of AGM Keolis CapMetro Austin at Keolis North America Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Memphis Area Transit Authority in 2020. In 2019, they were the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Hillsborough Area Regional Transit Authority (HART). Before these positions, Ted held the role of VP Operations at MV Transportation. Ted 'slongest tenure was at Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), where they served as Superintendent from December 1981 to June 2001.

Ted Harris attended the University of Waterloo from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies with a focus on City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
