Penn Hollyer

Penn Hollyer is a Project Manager at Pivotal Housing Partners, with a background in financial analysis and property management. Prior to their current role, Penn worked as a Financial Analyst at IRG Realty Advisors, LLC and MVAH Partners, LLC. Penn has experience developing Low-Income Housing Tax Credit applications and managing projects from inception to stabilization.
