Scott Billings

Scott Billings is an experienced construction management professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Project Manager at Kimco Realty Corporation since August 2021, Scott previously held the position of Project Manager in the Southern Region of Kimco Realty for a brief period. Prior to that, Scott worked as Manager of Construction Projects at Weingarten Realty Investors, overseeing activities in Texas and Louisiana. Additional experience includes a role as Sr. Project Manager at Levcor, Inc., and Project Manager at Tri-C Construction Company, Inc., where responsibilities included managing all construction activities in multiple states. Scott began their career as Director of Construction at Fleetwood Retail Corp. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed between 1989 and 1994.
