Vice President, Culture at MVP Health Care

Kurt Hasbrouck's work experience begins in 1989 as a Programmer Analyst at General Electric. Kurt then moved on to work as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Fleet Services Group in 1994. From 1995 to 2007, they held various management positions at MapInfo, including Director of Engineering Services and Managing Director of Operations. After MapInfo, they joined Pitney Bowes Business Insight as the VP & GM of Location Intelligence and later became the Executive Vice President of Global Product Management & Development. In 2010, Hasbrouck became the Chief Operating Officer at Treo Solutions, overseeing operational teams and leading business scaling efforts. Treo Solutions was eventually acquired by 3M in 2014, and Hasbrouck continued working at 3M until 2017 as a part of their Operations, Population & Payment Solutions division. Finally, in 2017, Hasbrouck joined MVP Health Care, initially as Vice President of IT Transformation, then as Vice President of Business Transformation, and currently serves as the Vice President of Culture.

Kurt Hasbrouck obtained a B.S. degree in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Kurt then pursued an M.B.A. degree from the same institute, completing their studies from 1990 to 1992. In addition to their formal education, Kurt also obtained several certifications in various areas such as building resilience, supporting employee well-being, coaching, emotional intelligence, conflict management, team collaboration, and leadership development, among others. These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with the most recent certification obtained in September 2023.
