Edgar Garcia-Mora

Edgar Garcia-Mora has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Edgar started their career at Gap Inc/Gap as a Stock, Cashier, and Sales Associate from October 2005 to November 2006. Following that, they worked at Victoria's Secret in the same role from October 2006 to October 2010.

In 2008, Edgar joined Anthem as a Customer Service Representative, where they quickly rose to the highest level of CSR within two years. Edgar then moved on to a specialized team, where they provided telephonic and electronic support for clients. During their time at Anthem, Edgar gained in-depth knowledge of insurance benefits, claims interpretation, and managing sales performance reports. Edgar worked at Anthem until December 2015.

In 2016, Edgar joined Bolton as an Employee Benefits Jr Account Manager and worked their way up through various roles, including Employee Benefits Account Manager, Employee Benefits Senior Account Manager, and Associate Vice President, Employee Benefits. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Employee Benefits at Bolton.

Edgar also has experience in human resources associations. In 2021, they served as the President Elect at the National Human Resources Association - NHRA - Ventura County Affiliate. In 2022, they became the South Bay Chapter Chair at Professionals in Human Resources Association | PIHRA.

Edgar Garcia-Mora pursued their undergraduate education from 2005 to 2009 at the College of Business and Economics within the California State University, Los Angeles. During this period, they specialized in Business Administration with an option in Business Law and also obtained a minor in Economics.

In 2019, Edgar Garcia-Mora sought additional education from The American College of Financial Services, where they earned a certificate in Financial Wellness.

Furthermore, they obtained two certifications, namely Accident and Health as well as Life-Only, from the California Department of Insurance in February 2015.
