Shari Mantini

Shari Mantini is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinical provider engagement, performance improvement, and quality management. Currently serving as the Clinical Provider Engagement Manager at MVP Health Care since April 2022, Shari enhances relationships with strategic provider groups to improve patient care and clinical outcomes. Previously, Shari worked as a Performance Improvement/Quality Management Consultant at Columbia Memorial Health, where key contributions included the development of organization-wide improvement models and project management of quality initiatives. Prior roles encompassed consulting and surveying for The Joint Commission, leading patient care services at Mary McClellan Hospital, and directing operations in emergency and critical care at Albany Memorial Hospital. Shari’s career began in the United States Air Force, where skills in critical care and emergency nursing were honed. Education includes a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Webster University and a BSN from Widener University.
