James Rayner

James Rayner is currently the Head of Security Operations at MVW Technology, where he leads a growing managed SOC offering. Prior to this role, he worked as a Cyber Security Consultant at Gallagher Re, specializing in the application and appropriate adoption of technology in the cyber (re)insurance industry. James previously served as a Graduate Technical Consultant (Security) at BT, delivering threat intelligence and advisory packages. He also has experience in sales roles, achieving an award for the highest percentage of add-ons per sale at Holiday Extras. James has a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham.
