Chad Beals

Director of Talent at MX

Chad Beals is the Director of Talent at MX. Chad has held this position since July 2018. Prior to that, they were the Director II of Talent Acquisition at CHG Healthcare from January 2013 to July 2018.

At CHG Healthcare, Chad led a high-functioning Talent Acquisition team which consisted of 19 people located in 3 States. Chad was responsible for big picture strategy and identifying areas where the talent acquisition process could be improved. During their tenure, their team supported nearly 700 annual hires and helped CHG grow from 1,000 to over 2,600 employees.

Chad successfully redesigned the hiring process within CHG’s two largest divisions which helped reduce the time-to-hire from over 90 days to less than 3 weeks. Chad was also able to drive these best practices through CHG’s other divisions and experienced similar results. In addition, Chad was able to redefine the job profile process for each opening which steadily reduced attrition from 22% to 16%, company-wide over a 5 year period.

Chad also enhanced CHG’s employee referral program which had been stagnant for 7 years and was able to increase the total number of Employee Referral hires from 58% to 72%. Furthermore, they developed a leadership hiring strategy which enabled CHG to meet its business goals and growth targets.

In their role at MX, Chad is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team and partnering with different departments to ensure that MX attracts, develops, and retains top talent.

Chad Beals studied business administration at the University of Phoenix. Chad now works in the field of business administration.

They work with Hollie Cole - Sr. Director of Total Rewards, Kameron Bascom - Head of Facilities, and Cairo Bradshaw Koritz - VP of Human Resources. Chad Beals reports to Kimberly Cassady, Chief People Officer.
