Heather Luczak

Heather Luczak is the Director of People Development at MX. Prior to joining MX, Heather was the Employee Insights & Organizational Development Manager at Vivint Solar, where they engineered the first official sales-wide employee development program. Heather has also served as a Co-Founder of Koala Bash, Owner of Luczak Design, and Sales Enablement at Qualtrics. Heather began their career as a Training Developer at Brigham Young University.

Heather Luczak has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services from Brigham Young University.
