Althea Carbon-Ogden has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Case Worker at the Community Law Centre, Canterbury in 2010. Althea then served as a Mentor for the Golden Key International Honour Society in 2011. In the same year, they also worked as a Researcher/Intern for the Royal New Zealand Navy and as Chief Executive Officer for Entr\u00e9 Ltd.
