Nicole Aycardo

Nicole Aycardo is an experienced professional in candidate engagement and recruitment, currently serving as the Candidate Engagement Team Lead at My Amazon Guy since July 2023. With a background in sourcing top talent, developing targeted recruitment campaigns, and managing candidate databases, Nicole has previously held roles as a Candidate Engagement Specialist at various levels, contributing significantly to recruiting efforts. Prior experience includes positions as a Medical Sales Representative at DéGa International Pharmaceutical Corporation, and roles in quality coaching and content moderation at Majorel. Nicole began her career as a Recruitment Consultant Intern at Lewis Glanz Consulting, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
