Micheline Ayoub has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Micheline is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Zone Agtech. Prior to this, they held positions at My Intelligent Machines Inc., where they served as the Director of Partnerships and Lead Scientist in Agriculture. Micheline has also served on the Board of Directors for Canadian Agri-Food Automation & Intelligence Network, BioFuelNet Canada, and as a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for BioMass Canada Cluster. In addition, they worked as a Programs Manager at Génome Québec, a Science & Technology Specialist at CFIA, and a Faculty Lecturer at McGill University. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Patent Specialist at Robic, specializing in patent applications and intellectual property related to biotechnology, chemistry, and pharmaceutical science.

Micheline Ayoub completed their education in a chronological manner. Micheline pursued a Ph.D. from 1996 to 2002 at McGill University - Macdonald Campus, specializing in the fields of Plant Breeding, Plant Genetics, and Plant Biotechnology. Prior to that, they obtained an M.Sc. in Cereals Management from McGill University - Macdonald Campus from 1990 to 1992. Beginning their academic journey, Micheline Ayoub earned a Licence ès Sciences degree from Lebanese University between 1980 and 1984, majoring in Biology.
