Roanne L.

Roanne L. has a diverse work experience in the medical field. Roanne began their career as a Company Nurse at SPI Group in 2013, where they assisted the company doctor and provided basic first aid to employees. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist and Nurse Retainer at Transitions Optical South Africa. In 2015, they joined Dr. Ali Abdulhadi Dajam Medical Center as a Dental Nurse and OPD Nurse, where they assisted surgeons during consultations and dental procedures, performed X-rays, and ensured patient history checks and equipment sterilization. Roanne then worked as a Staff Registered Nurse at Global Medical Center of Laguna in 2019, providing nursing care to patients, assisting with pre-op and post-op care, and receiving patients for admission. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Customer Care Associate at HGS - Hinduja Global Solutions, processing prior authorizations, referrals, and escalating urgent requests. Currently, Roanne is employed at My Mountain Mover as a Medical Virtual Assistant, RN Scheduler, and Program Coordinator, where they schedule appointments, enrolls patients in weight management programs, and assists with app usage.

Roanne L. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Pamantasan ng Cabuyao, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Roanne also holds additional certifications including a Prometric License from the Ministry of Health Saudi Arabia, obtained in October 2015. In addition, they obtained a Certificate of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation/BLS Provider from the Saudi Heart Association in April 2015. Roanne L. is a Registered Nurse certified by the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, which they achieved in July 2011. Most recently, they obtained the HIPAA Professional (HIPAAP) certification from My Mountain Mover in July 2021.
