Aron Vaas

Aron Vaas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Starting in 2011, Aron worked as a Trainee at Victor Mundi, a digital office for entrepreneurs. During this time, they assisted with various marketing and communication tasks, including managing social media channels and contributing to the development of the VictorMundi Social Memory Game app.

In 2012, Aron held a position as a Websitemedewerker at Van Vliet Bikes, an online shop for bicycle parts and accessories. Aron worked there for five months before starting their premaster year.

From 2006 to 2013, Aron worked at Van Vliet Tweewielers, specializing in the sales and repair of scooters and bicycles. During their seven-year tenure, they held the role of Verkoopmedewerker, where they worked as an all-round sales representative for various products and assisted with customer service.

In 2014, Aron joined MyWheels as an Online marketeer. Aron was responsible for optimizing mail campaigns, managing Google AdWords and Analytics, and developing an email marketing tool that personalized messages based on the customer lifecycle.

Aron continued to advance in MyWheels, becoming the Chief Operating Officer in 2015. In this role, they contributed to the company's mission of providing a million cars for mobility in the Netherlands through the expansion of their car sharing services.

Recently, Aron has taken on a new position as the Head of Product & Data at MyWheels, starting in November 2022.

Aron Vaas completed their education in a chronological order. Aron began by attending SG Tabor: Oscar Romero from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a HAVO degree with a focus on Economie & Maatschappij. Following this, they enrolled at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com.) with a specialization in Commerciële Economie. Lastly, they pursued further education at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) from 2012 to 2014, which culminated in him receiving a Master of Science degree in Communicatiewetenschap.
