Sanjay Kumar Das has worked in the recruitment industry since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a US IT Technical Recruiter for System Technology International, where they sourced resumes through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and Carrier Builder, and called and mailed job seekers to give them brief information about the job description, client, location, salary, roles and responsibilities. In 2017, they worked at Maania Consultancy Services as a Lead Recruiter and Business Development Manager, as well as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where they were a talent acquisition leader, a listener, a coach, a candidate advocate, and a matchmaker. In 2018, they were a Lead Recruiter and BDM at SoftStandard Solutions. Finally, in 2019, they worked at MyAppsHub LLC as a Recruitment Lead, where they supported clients including Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, T-Mobile, Capgemini, and HCL. Sanjay Kumar also had experience working with direct clients and MSP clients, communicating with MSP/coordinators/client managers POC through email and phone, and technical screening abilities via phone and Skype to qualify candidates for specific IT requirements. Sanjay Kumar Das completed their matriculation (10th) from Saraswati Sishu Vidya Mandir in 2010. Sanjay Kumar then completed their Intermediate from Higher Council of Secondary Education in 2012. In 2012, they began their Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Centurion University of Technology and Management, which they completed in 2016. In 2021, they obtained IC-38 certification from Insurance Institute of India.
