Sneha Shah has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. In 2021, they were appointed as the Head of Operations & Service Excellence at MYBYK. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Proprietor at RS Holidays - India. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Assistant Manager of Quality & Training (Zonal Service & Operational Excellence) at Mahindra Holidays & Resort India Limited.
