Muskan Garg

Muskan Garg has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Muskan started their career in 2013 as a Trainee at Wipro Limited, where they gained hands-on experience in content management systems and document management systems. Muskan utilized tools like Toad for Oracle, Filezilla, Putty, and Samson during their time there.

In 2013, Muskan joined Objective Systems Integrators as a Professional Services Engineer. Muskan specialized in the OSS Domain and Network Management System for Verizon Wireless, specifically focusing on fault management and inventory management. Muskan's technical proficiency in Net Expert, including rules writing, DMP, and VSA, contributed to their success in providing fault management solutions on wireless networks, particularly LTE.

From 2015 onwards, Muskan has been working at MYCOM OSI. Initially, they held the role of Systems Engineer, where they gained good knowledge of DevOps tools such as Docker, Git versioning control, and monitoring tools. Muskan also developed proficiency in various tools like JIRA, Confluence, Redmine, Netsuite, and ADP. Currently, Muskan serves as a Senior System Engineer, focusing on the Openshift environment and utilizing Openshift commands.

Muskan Garg completed a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Punjabi University between the years 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, between 2008 and 2010, Muskan earned a Diploma in Computer Science from SLIET. Before the diploma, from 2006 to 2008, Muskan obtained a Certificate in Computer Science, also from SLIET.
