Juni Lundmark

Juni Lundmark has been working in the HR and recruitment field since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Yoga instructor at Friskis&Svettis Goteborg where they were responsible for the composition and execution of 1-2 self-designed yoga classes each week for up to 50 participants. Juni also partook in three separate fitness/yoga courses within the organization. In 2018, they worked as an HR Consultant and HR Consultant Assistant at HR On Demand Sweden AB, where they supported customers in everything from employment law to payroll, work environment-, and organizational culture projects and was responsible for full recruitment processes within different sectors. In 2019, they worked as a Recruiter at Svenska Djurambulansen. From 2021 to 2022, they worked as an HR Assistant Nordic at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they were involved in a broad range of HR matters and recruitments for Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland. Juni also took a driving role in structuring their HR processes, such as the onboarding experience and re-writing the entire Nordic employee handbook. Currently, they are working as an HR Operations Partner at Mycorena, a scale-up in the food tech industry, where their responsibilities include supporting managers in all HR-related matters.

Juni Lundmark completed a Bachelor's degree in Personalvetarprogrammet at the University of Gothenburg from 2016 to 2019. Juni then pursued a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and Labour Relations at the same university, which they completed in 2021. In September 2020, Juni obtained certification in Online psychometric tests and questionnaires for selection and development; shapes, views, Adept-15, scales and mapTQ from Aon Assessment Sverige (f.d. cut-e).
