Juan Lopez

Juan Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Juan is currently the Chief Financial Officer at MycoWorks since November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at AB InBev, including Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer - BioTech from July 2022 to January 2023, Global Head of Commercial Operations from October 2020 to June 2022, Global Director of Sales Operations from March 2019 to October 2020, and Global Director of Internal Audit & Risk Management - USA & Canada from October 2016 to March 2019. Juan also served on the Board of Directors as a Member at One Warm Coat, a national non-profit organization, from September 2020 to February 2023. Before AB InBev, Juan worked at GE as an Executive and held various roles such as Senior Director for Strategic Initiatives at GE Digital from November 2015 to October 2016, Acquisition Integration Leader - Alstom Integration from September 2014 to November 2015, Corporate Audit Staff Senior Audit Manager from September 2013 to September 2014, Corporate Audit Staff Audit Manager from September 2012 to September 2013, and Corporate Audit Staff Associate from August 2010 to September 2012. Juan also participated in the Information Management Leadership Program at General Electric from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, Juan completed an internship at GE Oil&Gas in the IM Department - Quality and at Iberdrola in the Telecommunications Department.

Juan Lopez completed their Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, specialized in Business Management, from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, from 2002 to 2007. Juan then pursued another Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, specialized in Business Management, with a focus on Lean Six Sigma applied to Information Technology, from Università degli Studi di Firenze, from 2007 to 2008. In 2018, they attended the University of Virginia Darden School of Business to complete an Executive Finance Program. In 2014 to 2015, they obtained certification in Executive Leadership & Lean Startup from Crotonville Alumni. Juan also received certificates as a Licensed Scrum Master and Licensed Scrum Product Owner from Scrum Inc. in 2019. Moreover, they pursued another Executive Finance program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2019.
