Elinor Skogsfors

Elinor Skogsfors has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, both strategically and operationally, primarily in multinational companies. Elinor has held leadership roles such as Head of HR Assembly Solutions High Flex at Mycronic and HR Manager Sweden at Mycronic. Elinor has also served as a Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and Non-Executive Board Member at Liljemark Consulting AB. Elinor founded and owns Signette AB, a business-oriented Human Resources Interim Services and Senior HR Advisor. Their experience includes driving HR and business transformations, implementing processes and operational services. Elinor has worked as a consultant for companies such as Footway, Saab, and Webhelp Nordic, where they held roles such as HR Integration & Warehouse Leadership Team Advisor and HR Transformation Change Lead. Elinor was previously the Executive Vice President of Group Human Resources at Tele2 and Head of Human Resources for various regions at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals. Elinor also has experience in HR operations and project management at Ericsson.

Elinor Skogsfors obtained a "Certifierad" certification in "Rätt Fokus i Styrelsearbetet" from StyrelseAkademien in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B Sc) degree in Political Administration at Stockholm University from 1982 to 1986, with a major in HR.
