Ben Barnes has a strong work experience in the financial and customer service sectors. Ben worked at MyCSP Ltd, a joint venture between the UK central government, Equiniti's Paymaster business, and MyCSP's employee partners. Ben started at MyCSP in May 2013 as a Contact Centre Pensions Administrator and later became an Enquiry Centre Officer. In April 2016, they took on the role of Workflow & Scheduling Lead, where they played a crucial role in setting up MyCSP as the first mutual joint venture in the UK. Currently, they are working as the Bulk Workflow & Technical Lead at MyCSP, contributing to its transformation into a business with enhanced services. Prior to joining MyCSP, Ben worked at Santander UK Corporate & Commercial as a Contact Centre Agent from March 2011 to May 2013.
Ben Barnes attended Sacred Heart Catholic College from 2002 to 2009. During this time, they studied Business Studies, Systems & Technology, IT, Ethics & Philosophy. In March 2023, Ben obtained the Palantir Foundry Foundations certification from Palantir Technologies.
