Chris is responsible for the delivery of MyCSP’s technology strategy to support the business’ operating model and strategic roadmap. He has over 25 year's experience across various roles in pensions and third party administration. He has experience of both private and public sector clients with 14 years on Local Government Pensions. Previous employers include ITNET Managed Services, London Pension Fund Authority, Go Pensions and Equiniti Paymaster.
Chris is a strong leader and has extensive experience of web and digital solutions and IT delivery and change working with both internal development teams and external specialist suppliers. In his previous role as Head of IT and Digital Services for MyCSP, he was personally involved in multiple website implementation projects and large scale software upgrades. He continues to drive further enhancement and channel shift through personalization and self-service functionality.
