Zoey Cain has a diverse work experience starting from 2005. Zoey began their career as a Marketing Executive at Johnson & Johnson, where they played a key role in implementing new products and analyzing competitor activity. Zoey then joined Tesco.com as part of their Graduate Business Leadership Scheme, where they gained experience in team leadership, marketing, and customer complaint resolution. Zoey further moved up to become a Continuous Improvement Manager at Tesco PLC, where they led the Lean Six Sigma program and coached colleagues to deliver efficient business plans and transformational projects. Zoey also served as a Media Publishing Programme Manager, where they reviewed and improved the end-to-end media publishing operations, resulting in significant cost savings. At Archwood Group, they worked as a Business Improvement Manager, scoping and costing a new CRM system and setting up an induction program for the Sales function. Zoey then worked at BBC Children in Need as a Project Manager focusing on quality assurance and risk. Most recently, they worked at MyCSP Ltd as a Project Manager. Throughout their career, Zoey has demonstrated expertise in project management, process improvement, and leadership.
Zoey Cain attended Lancaster University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Marketing Management. In addition to their degree, Zoey has also earned certifications in Lean Six Sigma. Zoey obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Tesco PLC in November 2010, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the same institution in June 2013.
