Aaron Perri

Aaron Perri has held several leadership roles throughout their career. Aaron most recently served as the Vice President of Strategic Growth at Block by Block starting in 2023. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of Venues Parks & Arts at the City of South Bend from 2016 to 2023. From 2011 to 2016, they served as the Executive Director of Downtown South Bend, Inc. Before that, they worked as the General Manager of Legends at the University of Notre Dame from 2004 to 2011. Aaron Perri started their career as the Owner of APT Productions, LLC from 1994 to 2004.

Aaron Perri holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts & Letters from the University of Notre Dame, which they obtained from 1998 to 2002. Aaron then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, completing it from 2008 to 2010. Currently, they are working towards a Certificate in the Bloomberg City Leadership Initiative from Harvard Kennedy School and a Principles & Practice of New Urbanism Certificate from the University of Miami School of Architecture, both of which are expected to be completed in 2023. Additionally, Perri has obtained certifications including the Congress for the New Urbanism - Accreditation, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, FEMA Emergency Management Institute Certificates, and What Works Cities Certification from various institutions.
