Luis Sanchis

Luis Sanchis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Luis began their career at Midtown Educational Foundation, where they served as a Coach, Instructor, and Advisor from 2002 to 2006. Luis then joined Youth Leadership Foundation as a South Bronx Educational Foundation member in 2008 and later became a Teacher from 2009 to 2010. At The Catholic University of America, Luis worked as a Collection Management Assistant from 2009 to 2011. Luis also worked as a Paralegal at Doherty, Cella, Keane LLP and as a Program Manager at GLOBAL OPEN NETWORK LLC in 2011.

In 2011, Luis joined InGo as a Scrum Master, spearheading a team of 6-8 programmers to implement a web-based event marketing website. Luis was responsible for managing the backlog, organizing bi-weekly iterations, and facilitating daily scrum meetings. In 2014, they briefly worked at Hewell Events Group as a Scrum Master before transitioning to myDevices. At myDevices, Luis held various positions, starting as a Scrum Master from 2014 to 2018, before advancing to a Business Operations Manager and eventually a Director of Business Operations, roles they continue to hold.

Overall, Luis Sanchis has accumulated extensive experience in project management, operations, and leadership roles, utilizing their skills in agile methodologies, backlog management, and team coordination.

Luis Sanchis has a strong educational background in both philosophy and science. Luis attended Colegio de Fomento el Vedat in Valencia from 1998 to 2006, where they obtained their High School diploma with a focus on science. Following this, they furthered their education at The Catholic University of America from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Art degree in Philosophy. In addition to their formal education, Luis Sanchis has also obtained two additional certifications. In 2012, they became a Certified IC Agile Professional through Santeon, and in 2013, they obtained their Professional ScrumMaster certification from Scrum.org.
