Melisa Teoh is the current Chief Operating Officer at MyDoc. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer - InsurTech | Digital Health for the CXA Group from February 2016 to August 2017. Melisa has also advised for Perx Technologies and Singapore Life, and was a founding member of Insurtech for the latter. From September 2014 to February 2015, they were an advisor for Drive.SG. Ms. Teoh has also served as the Head, Group Brand & Strategic Marketing for Great Eastern Holdings Ltd from October 2012 to August 2014, and as the Regional Marketing Advisor (Acuvue) for Johnson & Johnson from June 2012 to September 2012. Finally, they were the Regional Head of Marketing and Customer Experience for Aviva plc (Asia Pacific Regional Office) from June 2007 to May 2012, during which time they led a three-year NPS and customer experience initiative in APAC with Bain and Satmetrix.

Melisa Teoh has a certification from Reforge in the Growth Series, a certification from Yoga Alliance in Certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher, and a certification from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in Certified Leadership and Communication Coach.
