Steve Jenkins has held a variety of roles since 2012. Steve started as a Writer/Intern at Melaleuca:The Wellness Company in 2012, then moved to Utah Valley University as a Web Communication Specialist. In 2013, they worked as a Fulfillment Specialist at Boostability and an IT Assistant at the Utah State Senate in 2014. During the same year, they were also an Account Executive at Snapp Conner PR. In 2017, they became an Account Executive at InGear PR and a Support Engineer at LogMeIn in 2018. In 2020, they were a Training and Implementation Manager at Alianza, Inc. and a Senior Support and Implementation Agent at Clientbook in 2021. Steve currently holds the role of Support Team Lead at MyEducator.

Steve Jenkins attended Utah Valley University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Prior to that, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2006 to 2008, studying Computer Information Technology.
