Ammar Abdullah (P. Tech, PhD) currently serves as the Software Team Lead (Blockchain) at MY E.G. Services Berhad since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ammar worked as the Innovation Lead at Smart Tradzt, where involvement included integration with Hyperledger, AI, and IoT from July 2020 to August 2022. As the R&D Manager at OK Blockchain Centre from March 2019 to July 2020, responsibilities encompassed blockchain, AI, IoT, DevOps, and Big Data. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Chief Engineer at Funai Corporation, focusing on embedded software and automation, and as an ASIC Design Engineer at Samsung Electronics, specializing in design and verification processes. Ammar's academic qualifications include a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Korea University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in the same field from Korea University.
