Sadie Perrotta

Sadie Perrotta has been in the sales and recruiting industry for over six years. Sadie started their career at AccruePartners in January 2011 as a Division Director for Information Technology. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of five IT recruiters while also maintaining responsibilities for full desk recruiting and ensuring the proprietary AccruePartners Business Systems were followed.

In September 2017, Sadie left AccruePartners to join Myers-Holum as their VP of Sales & Recruiting. At Myers-Holum, they are responsible for growing the company's sales and recruiting divisions. During their time at AccruePartners, they were able to grow the IT division into the largest contributor to overall company revenue. Additionally, they organized and implemented bi-weekly capacity planning for each team member to provide accountability and tracking for the team as well as internal senior leadership.

Throughout their career, Sadie has fostered relationships with clients, re-negotiated more advantageous contract terms, and addressed difficult situations to ensure overall client satisfaction. Sadie has also participated in sales presentations alongside Principal Partners, peers and team members to gain new business opportunities. In their most recent role at Myers-Holum, they are responsible for qualify for Sales Incentive Trips by exceeding goals set forth for personal billings.

Sadie Perrotta holds a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Sadie also has certification from the American Staffing Association as a Certified Staffing Professional and a Technical Services Certified.

Sadie Perrotta reports to Mark Myers, President & Founder. Sadie Perrotta works with Kelly Fox - Human Resources Manager, Andrew Tai-Pow - Practice Director, Netsuite, and Elaine Chin - CFO. Some direct reports include Ryan Fussner - Regional Sales Manager, East, Michael Boivin - Partnership Engagement Leader & Director, Sales, and Andrew Richardson - Regional Sales Manager.
