Vicky's leadership capabilities were demonstrated as the Conference Organising Director for the JCI UK Virtual Conference in 2020 and as Administrative Director for JCI UK, where responsibilities included document preparation and event organization. Vicky also held the position of General Director at JCI Manchester, where efforts focused on membership growth and member satisfaction. Vicky's academic background includes an LLB (Hons) from The College of Law and a BA Hons in Modern History and Politics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
