Samik Hota

Samik Hota has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Samik is currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Mygo Consulting Inc. Prior to this, they held several management roles at DTDC Express Limited, including DGM of Channel Management and Retail, Head of Channel Management for the West Zone, and others.

Before joining DTDC, Samik worked at Grainger as a Regional Manager, where they were responsible for sales and account management in different regions and industries. Samik also worked at Asia Pacific Brands India Ltd as a Branch Manager and Hagemeyer as an Assistant Manager.

Samik's early career included roles at GE Lighting and Emerson Network Power. Overall, their work experience demonstrates a strong background in business development, channel management, sales, and team leadership.

Samik Hota completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management between 1998 and 2000. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in March 2022, Digital Transformation from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in August 2020, Project101x: Introduction to Project Management from the University of Adelaide in July 2017, and a Certificate Program on Business Analytics from Manipal ProLearn in April 2017.
